Mr. Jaramillo has worked with some of the top national and regional commercial real estate brokerages, leading to his becoming independent in order to provide more tailored services to his clients, not a one-size fits all approach.
After leaving the United States Air Force Reserves with an Honorable Discharge, Francisco worked for some of the largest firms in the world, including Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue and Coudert Brothers in Washington, D.C., where he supported attorneys in litigation and project finance while attending college. Among other deals, he worked in high profile deals including a $338 million Suez and Port Said Power Purchase Agreements in Egypt, and a $125 Million Power Generating Plant in the United States. Francisco has also worked in Corporate America, managing B2B major clients such as Microsoft, Standard Insurance, Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers, among others, for a fortune 200 company for years. Upon moving to Florida in 2001, Francisco became the Vice President of Public Relations for the National Society of Hispanic MBAs in the South Florida Chapter. Leslie Burke specializes in Industrial/Office leasing and landlord representation, disposition, and site selection for local, regional, and national clients throughout Orlando and Central Florida.
Prior to relocating to Orlando’s Lake Nona area, Ms. Burke represented commercial real estate clients in Gainesville Florida, with Ferro Real Estate Partners and ran a Lean Six Sigma management consulting firm.
Ms. Burke is a member of the Orlando Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW) and the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
A Florida Gator, Ms. Burke graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and worked in various industries including; nuclear power production with Florida Power & Light Company and Bechtel Corporation, a Tyvek® processing plant at DuPont, along with Honeywell’s commercial construction division.
Ricardo Garcia was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to Kissimmee, Florida when he was just 2 years old. From an early age, Ricardo was exposed to commercial real estate via his family’s commercial real estate holdings and management. He comes from a background of 6 years in business administration and capitalizes on his mass communication, entrepreneurial, and marketing skills when working with his commercial real estate clients.

Ms. Lallis moved to the Central Florida area at the age of 5, growing up in the City of Oviedo. She attended the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Thereafter, Ms. Lallis launched her Real Estate career as an Executive Assistant to one of Central Florida’s highest producing Real Estate Firms, during which time, she managed hundreds of real estate transactions from contract to close.
